Landscape Planting & Mulching

A Clean Cut Landscape Planting & Mulching

One of the most rewarding things we get to do in the landscape business is add new gardens and landscaping to a lawn or business. At A Clean Cut, we’re kind of in love with all things landscaping and you can’t love landscaping without loving to plant new plants and see them grow! Even to drive by a property that we planted 10 years ago can still bring a smile when you see what those starter plants have become. We love the work we do and we absolutely love taking care of landscapes and adding color and dimension to a home or business. We can add color and dimension through new flowering plants, new shrubs or just with a fresh layer of mulch. It’s always surprising how much a fresh layer of mulch can change the look of a landscape.

New Garden Beds

If you’re looking to add some color to your landscape but just don’t know where to start or what plants to put in, give us a call! We can help you layout a beautiful landscape, one garden bed at a time or do a complete overhaul of your existing landscape. Our landscape design team loves working with customers to find native perennial plants that will bring color and shape to your lawn and gardens for years. It’s never been more important to add pollinator plants and native wildflower species to landscapes. We can help you pick plants to add to a garden bed or help you design an entire layout with new plantings.

Overhauling an Older Garden

Mature garden beds are a beautiful addition to any home. When we get the chance to work with a homeowner with mature plants, we are not a rip out and start new kind of landscape company. Heirloom bulbs and mature plants tell a story of your home. We do our best to honor original plantings while pairing them with new plants that will support their growth. We can help you take care of your mature garden beds and add in new plantings. We also can help with mature foundational shrubs and trees. Trimming older shrubs and trees can bring new life to an older home or you can start fresh with new foundational trees and shrubs. This alone can add new life to your older home.

Mulching is a quick way to make any garden look better! A fresh layer of mulch helps store nutrients and water at the base of your plants while creating a well maintained look to the exterior of your home or business. Mulch also can slow weed growth. There are a ton of options when it comes to mulch. From simple pine straw to bark texture and color choices, you can truly customize your landscape with new mulch. We do encourage you to finalize any new plantings before we mulch so that your mulch is undisturbed and looks fresh longer.
